Seattle League of Conservation Voters (’84-’86) - Co-founder and Community Organizer

Founded, as one of a team of four, the Seattle League of Conservation Voters, a 501-C4 Political Action Committee of 25 paid staff, 200 active volunteers, and an annual budget of a half million self-produced dollars. Responsible for demographics, targeting and outreach, precinct organizing, voter mobilization and GOTV strategies, special event fundraising, accounting, payroll, and election commission reporting, management and supervision of paid and volunteer staff, staff training and development, organizational development and capacity building.
